Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy

This policy governs the cancellation, return, and refund process for products and services purchased through our platform, in compliance with Indian laws, including the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

Cancellation Policy:

You may request cancellation of your order within 7 days from the date of placing the order.

Cancellation requests will not be accepted if the order has already been dispatched or shipped. In such cases, you may reject the delivery at the doorstep.

Once the order is cancelled before shipment, the refund process will be initiated.

Return Policy:

Returns are accepted within 15 days of receipt of the product.

Returns will be picked up within 5-7 days

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Products purchased on sale or clearance may be excluded from returns unless they are defective or damaged.

Certain categories, such as perishable goods, personalised items, or hygienic products, may be exempt from return, as indicated at the time of purchase.

In the event of receiving damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please notify our customer support within 5-7 days of delivery to arrange for a return or replacement. The issue will be verified with the seller/merchant before the request is approved.

In the case of an exchange item, the products will be exchanged within 5-7 working days.

Refund Policy:

Approved refunds will be processed and credited within 7 working days to the original payment method

Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

Shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases where the product is returned due to the seller’s error (damaged or defective products).

Warranty-covered products should be referred directly to the manufacturer for claims.
